Oolong tea is a popular tea served in Chinese restaurants. Some of the benefits of oolong tea are improved sleep quality and calming. This oolong tea is floral scented. It is perfect for relaxation and rest. Jasmine tea lovers may find this tea appealing. A delicate oolong with a refreshing taste of magnolia blossoms. Oolong is sometimes described as between green and black tea. It has less caffeine than black tea but slightly more caffeine than green tea.

INSTRUCTIONS
Just follow these directions for the perfect cup of Solstice Tea!
Use a heaping teaspoon (or more, depending on your taste) of Oolong tea per 1 cup serving
Boil water and cool for 3 minutes
Pour water over tea and steep for 4-5 minutes or to taste
